We are pleased to report that 2009 continued to be an extremely busy year for IPIF (Industrial Property Investment Fund) with a good level of industrial lettings in a very difficult market. Whilst incentives have continued to be pushed out, headline rents have remain positive throughout the year.
As a Fund we remain optimistic going into 2010, with a number of further estates now fully let such as; Brantwood Road in Tottenham, Mallow Park in Welwyn Garden City, Sphere Industrial Estate in St Albans, London Industrial Park in Beckton and Horizon Point Industrial Estate in Hemel Hempstead. In addition, we have also purchased a number of new industrial estates within Greater London including; Glenville Mews in SW18 and National Works Business Centre in Hounslow TW4, comprising approx 44,997 sq ft and 48,179 sq ft respectively.
